What is Peerscroller?

Not social media. Still seriously scrollable.

Peerscroller is a digital safeguarding and PSHE platform that gives learners access to reliable, relatable information on the topics that matter to them, while giving staff an easy way to bring those conversations into everyday college life

How does Peerscroller work?

Peerscroller uses short, engaging videos to explore the topics young people are navigating, from healthy relationships and emotional wellbeing to vaping, misogyny and harmful online content.

The content is designed to feel familiar and accessible to learners, while giving staff a simple way to introduce a topic, start a conversation, support a session or signpost a learner.

Built to support your provision

Content is aligned with DfE RSHE guidance and the PSHE Association framework, making it easier to find relevant material without having to create everything from scratch.

We're also continuing to develop integrations with platforms such as CPOMS and Thrive Online, helping relevant content fit more naturally into existing safeguarding workflows.

Peerscroller doesn't replace a conversation with a member of staff - but it can provide a useful starting point, conversation prompt or signpost when supporting an individual learner. Here are some examples of how Peerscroller can support in safeguarding:

Following up after a conversation

Recommend videos for a learner to explore independently after a conversation.
