Peerscroller Success Specialist
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join the Delivery Team at Yipiyap. They will support our partner schools, colleges and other organisations by being the friendly face of Peerscroller.
Peerscroller is an educational platform comprising a growing number of short-form, portrait videos on real-world topics that young people want to know about, doubling as a classroom resource and a mobile app.
Our Peerscroller Success Specialists are key in providing support to our partners throughout their Peerscroller journey, equipping them with all they need to ensure their learners can benefit from the resource.
No two days are the same! One day may involve meeting with their schools and colleges to deliver training to staff or plan the onboarding of learners to the app. The next may be spent mapping our videos to their newest schools’ curriculum, and collating feedback from another.

Your Responsibilities
- Establishing and developing partnerships with a range of educational institutions.
- Proactively providing partners with regular updates about new content, opportunities, and engagement.
- Meeting regularly with partners to maximise engagement to ensure all learners can benefit from using Peerscroller.
- Tracking basic usage data to identify viewing trends and inform delivery strategy.
- Matching Peerscroller videos to different topics within schemes of learning.
- Collecting feedback from teachers, learners, and parents and disseminating this amongst the wider team.
- Attending introductory meetings with prospective partners to share expert insight.
- Identifying areas in which we can grow our bank of content by examining curriculums and sourcing video requests from partners.
- Liaising with our Marketing Team to generate Peerscroller Success Stories.
- Establishing connections with educational institutions affiliated with our existing partners.
