Mental Health Awareness Week 2025
by Peerscroller in collaboration with Activate Learning
Theme: Community
This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week centres around the theme of community. Strong connections with others can make a real difference to our mental wellbeing. These resources explore how friendships, teamwork, and simply recognising when someone’s having a tough time can help us feel more supported and less alone. Whether it’s opening up to a friend or getting involved in something bigger than ourselves, being part of a community helps us feel like we belong – and that matters.
Understanding Mental Health
In addition to this year’s theme of community, we thought it would be helpful to share some videos that explore different mental health challenges. While connection and belonging are key to wellbeing, many people also face personal struggles with anxiety or depression. This section provides clear and supportive information on these topics, helping to raise awareness and offer guidance on how to support both yourself and those around you.
